Conway Corp Announces Promotions, Certifications

Conway Corp has announced the promotion of Mitch Hurley from Utility Worker Apprentice to Foreman of Water Systems in the water department. In his new role, Hurley will oversee and coordinate activities of utility workers engaged in the cleaning, repairing and installing of water system pipes, manholes, hydrants and valves.  

Plant Operator Apprentice Aidan Casey recently completed training and passed the exam necessary to earn his Class IV Water Treatment from the Arkansas Department of Health, the top level of achievement for licensed water plant operators in the state. 

Human Resources Specialist Rachel Avra has earned the Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional credential making her a recognized expert and leader in the human resources field. 

Zach Stubbs was recently promoted to Water Department Senior Utility Worker after successfully completing the training and examination to earn his Grade 4 Water Distribution License from the Arkansas Department of Health.  

Lindsey Stephenson has been promoted to Engineering Project Coordinator & Data Specialist.  

Drew Gainor Named to Arkansas Business 40 Under 40

Drew Gainor, CEO of Catalyst Financial, was named to Arkansas Business’ 2023 40 Under 40 class. Gainor is chair of the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. 

Mainstream Technologies Announces Hires

Mainstream Technologies has hired Jay Muccione and Rizwana Kahn as software developers. They will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of full-stack software solutions. Mainstream hired Joseph Martin as a cybersecurity analyst. He will be responsible for assessing security risk levels for clients and assisting them in achieving greater maturity in their security profiles.
