A $2.1 million Jacksonville home was the largest home sale in Faulkner County in August.
The 6,000-square-foot home on Fortson Road sold for $350 per square foot after 294 days on the market. The 3-bed, 3-bath house is located on a 336-acre lot and overlooks a 17-acre Army Corps of Engineers lake, according to its listing on Zillow. The home was constructed in 2007.
Jacksonville also had the second-largest home sale on a 4,600-square foot home on Ridge Creek Road. The home sold for $900,000 and nearly $196 per square foot.
A Conway home on Spencer Lake Drive was the third-largest home sold in August at $770,000 and more than $197 per square foot. Another Conway home on Robinson Avenue was the fifth-largest home sold last month at $695,000.
The fourth-largest home transaction occurred on Sky Drive in Greenbrier on a 3,732-square foot home that sold for $712,500 and nearly $191 per square foot. Check out the details in the table below.
