Chuy’s Coming to Lewis Ranch in Conway

The rumors are true: Chuy’s is coming to Conway. The Texas-based Tex-Mex restaurant will be located at 600 S. Amity Road in the Lewis Ranch development.

This will be the third Chuy’s located in central Arkansas with other locations in Little Rock and North Little Rock. Chuy’s also has locations in Fayetteville and Rogers.

Chuy’s began in 1982 in Austin, Texas, and is known for its made-from-scratch, Tex-Mex inspired dishes. It now owns and operates restaurants in 16 states.

    I’ve been visiting Chuy’s for decades. In Texas and Little Rock for the last several yrs. Would love to not have to travel so far! Any chance Chuy’s is bringing back their Charro Beans, Pulled Pork items or Shrimp and Cheese Chile Rellenos??
