Conductor

The Conductor has promoted two of its employees to new roles within the organization. Kaitlyn Crockett was promoted to marketing and community manager. Crockett had served as community manager for Conductor since August 2022.

Ericka Gutierrez was promoted to director of operations. Gutierrez had served as Conductor’s outreach and engagement manager since October 2021. 

Conway Corp Awards at Mid-America Cable Show 

Several Conway Corp employees received MIDI Awards at the 2023 Mid-America Cable Show. The Mid-America Cable Association is an industry association with operators in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Iowa, Arkansas, and Texas. 

Wayne Bailey and Ashtyn Brown received honors for Gamers Gab, Conway Corp’s first online exclusive show which offers game news, reviews, and gab. 

Beth McCullough Jimmerson was named winner in brand campaign and best in show for her work on the ConwayCorpTV campaign. 

James Buggs and Scotty Hudgens received Five Star awards in service. Aaron Julian and Robert McCray were honored with Four Star awards. Julian, Aaron Reynolds, and Matthew Stephens received Five Star awards in the extra mile category. 

McCullough, Eleise Wood Myers, Jaylene Sexton, and Michelle Hatfield received Five Star awards in service. Rachel Fleming and Kelly Johnston received Four Star awards. 

Eric Bell, Jennifer Brannon, Savannah Tindall, Marilyn Boswell, Marcelo Maldonado, and Nicole Pizzolato received Five Star awards for sales. Chelsi Benton, Neil Holman, Renisenb McGehee, Briana Jackson, Toby Hibbs, Emily Keller, and Tressie Mazen received Four Star awards for sales. 

Conway Corp Promotions and Certifications 

In the cable department, Justin Kimbrow was promoted lead telecom maintenance technician and Wesley Manion was promoted to lead telecommunications installer technician. 

Justin Moore earned his Professional AXIS certification. AXIS cameras are used by Conway Corp for camera products and software for all internal surveillance needs.  

In the engineering department, James Rains was promoted to GIS coodinator and Mike Clements was promoted to telecommunications systems senior designer. 

In the water department, Aidan Casey was promoted to plant operator. 

Conway Area Chamber of Commerce Adds HR Director, General Counsel

The Conway Area Chamber of Commerce recently hired Jenifer Kendrick as its director of human resources and general counsel. Kendrick will oversee human resources for the organizations at 900 Oak St. and will provide legal support for the organizations. 

Kendrick graduated from Ouachita Baptist University and obtained her law degree from the University of Arkansas. She has been an attorney since 1999. 

Landlords Association of Arkansas 

LuAnn Deere, an executive broker with RE/MAX Elite, was named president of the Landlords Association of Arkansas. Deere has served as president of the Faulkner County Landlords Association since 2021.  

Mainstream Technologies 

Lacey Thacker was hired as a technical writer for Mainstream Technologies. Thacker will create user manuals for software clients and general documentation of processes, and work on internal projects including reference guides and staff newsletters.
