A $1 million Conway home was the most expensive home sold in Faulkner County during the month of October. The 5,460-square-foot home located on 17 acres on Saltillo Road was on the market for 133 days. The 5-bed, 4-bath sold for $183.15 per square foot.
The rest of the top five homes sold in October topped half a million dollars. Four of the five homes were located on at least 2 acres. Two were sold in Vilonia, including the second most expensive home sold during the month. The 6-bed, 3-bath home on 3 acres on Overland Park Road sold for $826,000 and $197.84 per square foot.
The third most-expensive home, located on Southwinds Drive in Conway, was the only new construction residence in the top five. The 4-bed, 4-bath home sold for $787,000 and $209.87 per square foot. That was the highest price per square foot of the top five homes.
