A new development on Markham Street in downtown Conway is bringing a new mixed-use building to the district. 

The project, spearheaded by Ryan Webb and Adam Jackson, is designed to attract professional tenants such as CPAs, attorneys, and realtors. The building features four units, two units at around 2,000 SF, and two units at approximately 1,8000 SF.  

Webb’s Shelter Insurance office will occupy one of the 2,000 SF units and is expected to be in the building by February. 

Webb said he and Jackson are actively seeking tenants to fill out the rest of the development and collaborate with those tenants on the build-out of the other units. 

“We hope to partner with tenants who want input on how the space is laid out,” Webb said. 

Webb said he was drawn to downtown because of Markham Street’s unique character. The decision to build here stems from a desire to be centrally located and to contribute to downtown’s revitalization. 

“I love the look of downtown buildings with old brick and a walking, friendly atmosphere,” he said. “I hope this kick starts further development on Markham Street.”
