Jason Dyess has spent the past seven years building a career defined by reliability and results at B&A Property Maintenance. As manager of Central Arkansas maintenance, Dyess oversees contract obligations across the region, ensuring projects are completed safely and on schedule. Before stepping into his current role, he worked as both supervisor and superintendent, gaining firsthand experience in the daily demands of property maintenance.
Dyess values the tangible side of his work — seeing progress take shape rather than tracking numbers on a page. His dedication has earned him recognition, including the prestigious Anchor Award at B&A, as well as honors from OSHA and the Arkansas Plant Board.
A Conway resident, Dyess first came to the city to attend the University of Central Arkansas, where he laid the foundation for his professional and personal life. Outside of work, he gives back to the community as a volleyball official and coach. For Dyess, the job is about more than maintenance — it’s about service, teamwork, and building spaces people can rely on.
