Nicole and Jeremy King lead Olive Branch Landscape Management, where they combine professional expertise with a mission rooted in faith. Nicole serves as president and chief financial officer, overseeing finances and processes, while Jeremy is vice president and chief operating officer, guiding daily operations and long-term vision. Together, they have grown the business since its founding in 2019.

For the Kings, landscaping is about more than creating beautiful spaces. Their company provides opportunities for individuals coming out of rehab or prison, offering them a chance to rebuild their lives through meaningful work. They say watching employees gain confidence, develop skills, and grow in their faith is one of the most rewarding parts of their work.

The couple moved from California to Conway in 2017, drawn by family ties and a strong sense that God was calling them to the community. Olive Branch now partners with the city to provide maintenance and beautification services. Recognized as an Arkansas Minority Woman-Owned Business, the company has also earned honors from 501 LIFE Magazine and local community events.
