Jessica and Andy Hooten are the owners of Empire Pest Solutions, a company they opened in 2016 to serve residents and businesses across Faulkner County. The couple provides quality pest control services while focusing on customer care and community relationships.

Andy worked in the pest control industry for more than 20 years before deciding to start a business of his own. With Jessica, he turned that goal into Empire Pest Solutions, where both take on any role needed to ensure customers are satisfied. They say what they enjoy most about their work is the freedom it gives them to be involved in the community and the causes they believe in.

Originally from Mt. Vernon/Enola, the Hootens chose Conway as the natural place to call home and grow their business. They are active in several local networks, donate to charities, and often help directly with events and fundraisers.Empire Pest Solutions has earned recognition, including Best of the Best in pest control and top-five honors in The Log Cabin’s Best of Faulkner County voting.
