Healthcare construction is about more than buildings. It’s about creating environments where patients receive lifesaving care, providers can do their best work, and communities continue to grow stronger for generations.

As a company founded in Conway more than 75 years ago, we have always taken investing in the community’s healthcare infrastructure personally. For decades, Nabholz has proudly helped build healthcare facilities throughout Arkansas, partnering with hospitals, specialty clinics, universities, and healthcare providers to deliver complex projects that demand precision, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to patient safety.

Nowhere is that legacy more evident than in Conway.

Since 1967, Nabholz has partnered with Conway Regional Health System to help expand healthcare services for the community our company proudly calls home. We’ve completed more than 720,000 square feet of healthcare construction for Conway Regional, including the Medical Office Building, Barbara Harpe Women’s Center, Imaging Center, rehabilitation facilities, and specialty clinics. Most recently, Nabholz completed the award-winning Intensive Care Unit addition — one of many projects that continue an active partnership with Conway Regional as the health system evolves.

While each project is unique, every healthcare facility requires the same disciplined approach. Our teams understand the importance of maintaining strict infection control standards, coordinating complex building systems, and delivering projects that allow health care providers to continue serving their communities without interruption.

That commitment reflects a philosophy established by our founder, Bob Nabholz, more than 75 years ago: “Don’t forget your local clients.” Even as Nabholz has grown across the region, investing in the health of our hometown has remained one of our highest priorities.

“Our relationship with Conway Regional reflects what we value most,” said Brad Hegeman, Vice Chair and Chief Strategy Officer for Nabholz. “It’s built on trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to investing in the health of this community. We’re honored to have been part of that story for over 50 years, and we’re excited to continue supporting Conway Regional as it grows to meet the needs of future generations.”

As Conway builds a healthier future, Nabholz remains committed to building environments where exceptional care can thrive.
