Brady Black serves as a senior electrical technician at Conway Regional Medical Center, where he oversees, maintains, and ensures the safe and reliable operation of the hospital’s electrical systems. He has worked for Conway Regional for two and a half years and has also served as a high-pressure boiler operator. He said what he enjoys most about his job is using the skills and abilities God has given him to serve others, keep patients and staff safe, and make a meaningful difference in his community. 

Black is a lifelong resident of the Conway area and a Greenbrier native. His desire to work close to his wife and family led him to Conway. He graduated from Greenbrier High School in 2020 and completed Fulmer Electrical Training in 2024, earning a commercial electrical journeyman license. 

Black is a member of his local AAHE chapter. He is a BEE Award recipient and a 2026 Exceptional Employee Award recipient.
