Jeffery Enloe is the owner and operator of SouthPaw Land Development, a company he has run for six years. As owner, he handles everything from quoting and bidding jobs to performing the work and collecting payment, along with keeping up with the company’s finances.  

What he enjoys most about the job is being able to help people reach their goals and dreams for their property, and what led him to start his own business was simply wanting to work for himself. 

Enloe, originally from Prairieville, Louisiana, came to Conway to play baseball at the University of Central Arkansas, where he also met his wife. He has lived in the area for 14 years and has become enmeshed in the community. 

Enloe founded the Catherine Grace Charitable Endowment, which provides financial support to families with a child at Arkansas Children’s, and he pulls the Saint Joseph cheerleaders in the Faulkner County Parade every year. He also serves as deputy grand knight for the Conway Knights of Columbus, a charitable organization that supports the church and community.
