Teneicia Roundtree is the owner of TreeHouse Cleaning, a company nearing its ninth anniversary. She describes her role as a liaison between clients and her team, focused on strategy, operational excellence, and building the company into the most trusted janitorial partner in Arkansas and beyond. Over the years, she’s worn nearly every hat in the business, from cleaner and trainer to salesperson and IT support. 

TreeHouse Cleaning was born out of necessity. As a single mother of four who was virtually unemployed and struggling financially, Roundtree scraped together loose change, about $20 worth, to buy cleaning supplies from Dollar Tree after her mother suggested she start a cleaning business. She began knocking on doors offering her services, and the company grew from there. 

Roundtree is originally from Jonesboro and has called Conway home for eight years, drawn by the city’s sense of community and the support she’s found as a business owner. She plans to begin a doctorate in psychology at the University of Central Arkansas in spring 2027. 

She serves as a board member and ambassador for the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce and founded Gideon’s 300, a free coaching initiative supporting women of color in entrepreneurship.
