Jennifer Mouser is the director of HR and lead designer at Salter Construction. She is personally responsible for organizing and creating internal proprietary documents, takes charge of recruiting and vetting potential hires, mediates internal disputes and facilitates conflict resolution. Her ability to think outside the box and facilitate discussions amongst diverse groups of people is what separates her from others. 

Mouser first started at Salter Construction as an entry-level admin and is now the first female in leadership in the company’s 48-year history. She has created employee appreciation programs that increase retention and employee satisfaction for Salter Construction and has hired and trained construction teams all over Arkansas.  

Mouser goes above and beyond to expand training and professionalism for employees in every department at Salter Construction, implementing a leadership academy. She has also created processes and procedures to improve the efficacy of Salter Construction. 

Mouser has also spearheaded the design of many large-scale commercial projects during her time at Salter, including the Reserve at Tucker Creek and Encore at Lewis Ranch.
