Lonnie McCoy has worked with Conway Corporation for 26 years, building a career defined by reliability and technical skill. As a senior electronics and electrical technician, he is responsible for maintaining electrical systems across Conway Corp. facilities. His work spans from generators and pump stations on the water department side to lift stations on the wastewater side, along with beacon lights on the city’s water towers.

For McCoy, the appeal of his work lies in the constant change. He said no two days are alike, and he appreciates the chance to move from one project to another, keeping his skills sharp and his workday engaging.

Originally from Clarendon, Arkansas, McCoy completed high school and pursued technical training before beginning his career at Conway Corp. He was drawn to the organization by the long-term stability it offered, as well as the benefits that supported his future.

His dedication has been recognized through Conway Corp.’s Tower of Excellence Award, a reflection of the impact he has made during more than two decades of service.
