This year marks the second annual American Safeguard Insurance Blue Ribbon Workforce Awards, presented by First Arkansas Bank & Trust. The awards were created to spotlight people whose work often goes unnoticed but whose contributions are essential to Conway’s growth and success.

Our honorees represent a wide variety of careers. They include individuals in agriculture, construction, skilled trades, industrial supply, manufacturing, and utilities. Some are relatively new to Conway, others have made this city their home for decades, and a few have been here their entire lives. Each person brings a unique story, but they are united by a commitment to their work and to the community.

The Blue Ribbon Workforce Awards highlight more than job titles. They shine a light on the men and women who help keep Conway moving forward in ways both large and small. Their efforts may not always be visible, but they are critical to the quality of life our community enjoys. They build and maintain the structures around us, provide the goods and services we depend on, and support the industries that anchor our economy.

The awards also serve as a reminder that progress in Conway does not rest only on the shoulders of high-profile leaders or organizations. It comes from the steady, day-to-day work of individuals who care deeply about their craft and their city. The honorees you will read about in the following pages embody that spirit.

We are proud to celebrate them, to share their stories, and to recognize the difference they make. The second year of the Blue Ribbon Workforce Awards continues the tradition of honoring the people whose work sustains and strengthens Conway.
